Lane4
How do you create personal engagement, business performance and tangible impact with a digital first learning platform?
Lane4 are a management consultancy focused on people performance. As a leading management consultancy firm, they work with global clients across the world to deliver award-winning leadership development, management skills training and transformational change programmes which help people think, learn and develop.
Our brief was to create the brand and comms roll out of their new ‘digital learning for all’ programme. The project scope included naming, brand strategy, a suite of sub brands, visual design language and guidelines to compliment their existing learning offer.
Lane4 was founded by Adrian Moorehouse, the UKs gold winning Olympic swimmer at the Seoul Olympics in 1988. Their businesses reputation is built on the theory of a ‘sport to business’ strategy – creating high performing teams, individuals and businesses around the globe.
Our creative strategy focused on bringing this sporting DNA to life with all their digital learning experiences having an active and sporty naming concept. The look and feel needed to embody the engaging and bold style of Lane4 learning experiences. We achieved this through a bold and flexible design language combined with a digitally native colour palette and active image style.
