How do you help a global insurance services firm transform their business to become a technology leader?

They help the global insurance market handle millions of claims each year in the most cost-effective and efficient way possible – representing savings of tens of millions of pounds.
Our brief was to reposition and rebrand Innovation Group due to a shift in their digital transformation business strategy. They have evolved from a services-led firm to create a technology platform, ‘Gateway’, aimed at reinventing the insurance claims industry.
The rebrand was transformational for Innovation Group; a new business strategy from a service-firm to a technology-led firm. Being called ‘Innovation Group’ meant we had to live up to this with the look and feel, ensuring we owned innovation in the B2B insurance space. Our brand strategy and design language focused on bringing the idea of ‘progressive’ to life. The brand strapline of ‘move forwards’ celebrates their core focus of helping the sector, companies and consumers to keep moving forwards with their business and life.
